Each year, Australia’s premium sports supps brands compete head-to-head across 16 categories including the coveted “Brand of the Year”, “Best Supplement” and “Best Pre-Workout.” We’re inviting everyone to vote online for their favourite products in each category, with every vote entered into a draw to win one of 4x $10 000 cash prizes. This year, 144 of the 3,000 products that Nutrition Warehouse stocks have been nominated to compete, representing 51 of the world's biggest and best supplement brands. Optimum Nutrition, six-time “Brand of the Year” winner, encourages customers to vote in the Supplement Awards to promote trust and validation from users in the space. Bradley Pritchard, Marketing Director for Glanbia Performance Nutrition, sees the awards as an opportunity to improve the perception of sports supplements in the public eye. “In a category shrouded in mystery and unknowns for the majority of the population, this platform is an important tool to foster greater usage. It’s important that manufacturers and brands are held accountable by category users, this will help to promote the category and celebrate the brands that continue to put their customers first and offer quality products with uncompromised standards,” says Bradley.
The Sports Supplement industry is worth a whopping $5.69 billion in Australia and it’s clear that each nominated brand puts their customer’s needs first with quality ingredients and world class formulas at the forefront of their minds. The Supplement Awards is an opportunity for Nutrition Warehouse to champion the hard work and determination that goes into each product.
